The Congregation is very much indebted its patroness, St. Therese of Lisieux whose spirituality the sisters try to imitate. We esteem the traditional devotions of the Congregation to Our Lady of Mount Carmel and St. Joseph. We honour in a special way Mary, the Mother of God, under the title of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. Our Founder had a special devotion to Mary and St. Therese of Lisieux as well.

The goal of our Congregation is to embody the presence of Christ among the people, above all among the poor and people who have no faith, in order to bring them to the Good news of salvation through word and deed.

Sisters are involved in various activities of the Diocese of Quilon, Trivandrum, Neyyatinkara, Punalur, Cochin and Vijayapuram. Our presence and the service in the diocese of Jesi (Italy) and Köln(Germany) is remarkable.
